How long does it take you to ship out an order?

We are dedicated to shipping all orders we receive as fast as possible. We usually ship all orders within 48 hours but we claim 2-5 business days just to be safe.

*This policy excludes certain survival kits which require extra time to assemble

How will I know that my order was processed?

Our Customer Service team works hard to keep you up to date on the status of your order every step of the way. You are notified the moment your order is received, payment is accepted, shipping confirmation and finally delivery confirmation. Should any issues arise anywhere throughout the process, the Customer Service team is on hand to make sure your order is processed promptly.

Where is my stuff?

You may track you order online anytime by logging into your account and clicking on "Order Status". You will also receive a confirmation with a UPS tracking number that will keep you up to speed on where your package is in the shipping process. Should you still have questions, please feel free to contact us using one of the methods available on our "Contact US" page.

What happens if an item is damaged or non functional?

Our goal is to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied. Although we strive to package all orders with care, occasionally items can become damaged during shipping. If your receive an item that is damaged or not working properly (i.e. radios or flashlights), you should call our customer service line at 801-792-8072 immediately to report your claim. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will refund or exchange your purchase no questions asked.

*All claims must be reported within 30 days of the order.

What happens if an item is missing from an order?

If an item is missing from the order you will need to let us know within 30 days of the date the order was placed. We will ship out the missing item directly to you for no additional charge.

*This obviously costs us money to do so we are very careful to not make these types of mistakes and it has been an extremely rare occurrence.
