We are dedicated to shipping all orders we receive as fast as possible. We usually ship all orders within 48 hours but we claim 2-5 business days just to be safe.
*This policy excludes survival kits which require extra time to assemble. What happens if an item is damaged or non functional?
If your receive an item that is not working properly (i.e. radios or flashlights), you can call our customer service line at 801-792-8072 to report your claim. You will need to describe exactly what the problem is that you're experiencing with your product and we will send a replacement at no cost.
*All claims must be reported within 30 days of the order.
If an item has been damaged through shipping, you will need to contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877) and report the issue to them directly. *Shipping insurance is available through the order screen. The first $100 of value for insurance is free.
What happens if an item is missing from an order?
If an item is missing from the order you will need to let us know within 30 days of the date the order was placed. We will ship out the missing item directly to you for no additional charge.
*This obviously costs us money to do so we are very careful to not make these types of mistakes and it has been an extremely rare occurrence.
