How long does it take you to ship out an order?

We are dedicated to shipping all orders we receive as fast as possible. We usually ship all orders within 48 hours but we claim 2-5 business days just to be safe.


*This policy excludes survival kits which require extra time to assemble.

When will my order get here?

A tracking ID number will be provied to you once your items have left our warehouse. This ID will allow you to track your packages progress in epth. To estimate how long your package might take, look at the image below.

What happens if an item is damaged or non functional?

If your receive an item that is not working properly (i.e. radios or flashlights), you can call our customer service line at 801-792-8072 to report your claim. You will need to describe exactly what the problem is that you're experiencing with your product and we will send a replacement at no cost.

*All claims must be reported within 30 days of the order.

If an item has been damaged through shipping, you will need to contact
UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877) and report the issue to them directly.

*Shipping insurance is available through the order screen. The first $100 of value for insurance is free.

What happens if an item is missing from an order?

If an item is missing from the order you will need to let us know within 30 days of the date the order was placed. We will ship out the missing item directly to you for no additional charge.

Shipping Options

We offer free shipping on all orders within the domestic United States. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground service however, some orders may be shipped via USPS depending on the specs of the package. Flat rate shipping is available for all orders outside of the domestic United States. We have urgent delivery options available upon request.
