Humvees are great, if your pockets are deep enough. Having owned an old CJ7, I can vouch for the fact that there ain't too many places they can't go, even in stock form. A $200 lift kit, and some bigger tires extends that range significantly. Their only drawback is lack of cargo space…

That guy driving the Humvee needs to go back to the city and leave the real wheelin to the Jeeps. Where is the Vs. part? I'm not seeing it. Mayberry has got it right.
I'll definitely take a humvee over a jeep, but price is an issue. In the meantime I love my jeep and even if I could afford a humvee, I'd still keep my jeep around.
