Officials are reporting that a small of radiation from Japan has reached the west coast. Low levels of radiation were detected in the Sacramento area this afternoon by one of the numerous testing vehicles that have been deployed to monitor radiation levels. However they are still assuring everyone that there is no need to be alarmed, and the radiation levels are well below what is considered to be hazardous.
